    Who am I?

    As a mom of two, I help moms like you rediscover your strength and confidence with personalized fitness programs and sustainable nutrition coaching. I wasn't always fit, but Motherhood and a Mommy and Baby Fitness Group sparked my journey. Fitness became my therapy, helping me overcome challenges and regain strength. A chronic illness taught me the importance of proper form and nutrition, fueling my passion to help others.
